An Act to amend section 343 of the Companies Act 2014; and to provide for related matters.

Be it enacted by the Oireachtas as follows:
Amendment of section 343 of Companies Act 2014
1.
Section 343
of the
Companies Act 2014
is amendedâ
(a) in subsection (2), by the substitution of â56 daysâ for â28 daysâ, and
(b) in subsection (3), by the substitution of â56 daysâ for â28 daysâ.
Short title and commencement
2. (1) This Act may be cited as the Companies (Amendment) Act 2019.
(2) This Act shall come into operation on such day or days as the Minister for Business, Enterprise and Innovation may by order or orders appoint either generally or with reference to any particular purpose or provision and different days may be so appointed for different purposes or different provisions.
