ACQUISITION OF LAND (REFERENCE COMMITTEE) ACT, 1925. AN ACT TO MAKE PROVISION FOR THE RE-CONSTITUTION OF THE REFERENCE COMMITTEE ESTABLISHED BY THE ACQUISITION OF LAND (ASSESSMENT OF COMPENSATION) ACT, 1919 . [27th June, 1925.] BE IT ENACTED BY THE OIREACHTAS OF SAORSTÁT EIREANN AS FOLLOWS:— Re-constitution of Reference Committee. 1.—(1) The Reference Committee constituted by paragraph (c) of sub-section (5) of section 1 of the Acquisition of Land (Assessment of Compensation) Act, 1919 , shall consist of the Chief Justice of the Irish Free State, the President of the High Court, and the Chairman of the Surveyors' Institution (Irish Branch) in lieu of the persons mentioned in that paragraph. (2) Every mention of or reference to the Reference Committee contained in the Acquisition of Land (Assessment of Compensation) Act, 1919 (other than sub-section (5) of section 1 thereof) shall be construed and have effect as a mention of or reference to the Reference Committee constituted by this section. Short title. 2.—This Act may be cited as the Acquisition of Land (Reference Committee) Act, 1925.
