Acts Referred to International Development Association Act, 1960 1960, No. 35 International Development Association (Amendment) Act, 1980 1980, No. 15 International Development Association (Amendment) Act, 1985 1985, No. 21 International Development Association Acts, 1960 to 1985 Number 5 of 1988 INTERNATIONAL DEVELOPMENT ASSOCIATION (AMENDMENT) ACT, 1988 AN ACT TO ENABLE PAYMENTS NOT EXCEEDING A SPECIFIED TOTAL AMOUNT TO BE MADE ON BEHALF OF THE GOVERNMENT TO THE INTERNATIONAL DEVELOPMENT ASSOCIATION. [23rd March, 1988]. BE IT ENACTED BY THE OIREACHTAS AS FOLLOWS: Amendment of section 3 of International Development Association Act, 1960. 1.— Section 3 of the International Development Association Act, 1960 , is hereby amended by the substitution of the following paragraphs for paragraph (j) (inserted by the International Development Association (Amendment) Act, 1985 ) of subsection (2) (inserted by the International Development Association (Amendment) Act, 1980 ): “(j) payments to the Association not exceeding in aggregate £9,660,000, in accordance with any arrangements made between the Government and the Association arising out of any Resolution of the Board of Governors of the Association on additional financial resources, (k) payments under subparagraph (i) of paragraph (c) of Section 4 of Article VII of the Agreement.”. Short title and collective citation. 2.—(1) This Act may be cited as the International Development Association (Amendment) Act, 1988. (2) The International Development Association Acts, 1960 to 1985, and this Act may be cited together as the International Development Association Acts, 1960 to 1988.
