Amendment of section 4 of Gaeltacht Industries Act, 1957. 2. Short title and collective citation. Acts Referred to Gaeltacht Industries Act, 1957 1957, No. 29 Gaeltacht Industries (Amendment) Act, 1965 1965, No. 18 Number 30 of 1968 GAELTACHT INDUSTRIES (AMENDMENT) ACT, 1968 AN ACT TO AMEND AND EXTEND THE GAELTACHT INDUSTRIES ACTS, 1957 AND 1965 . [23rd July, 1968.] BE IT ENACTED BY THE OIREACHTAS AS FOLLOWS:— Amendment of section 4 of Gaeltacht Industries Act, 1957. 1.— Section 4 (4) of the Gaeltacht Industries Act, 1957 , is hereby amended by— (a) the insertion in paragraph (bi) (inserted by the Gaeltacht Industries (Amendment) Act, 1965 ) after “Gaeltacht” of “and in the existing locations of the rural industries located outside the Gaeltacht”, and (b) the substitution in paragraph (bii) (inserted by the said Gaeltacht Industries (Amendment) Act, 1965) of “five thousand pounds or such higher amount, not exceeding ten thousand pounds, as may be authorised by the Minister with the consent of the Minister for Finance” for “two thousand pounds”. Short title and collective citation. 2.—(1) This Act may be cited as the Gaeltacht Industries (Amendment) Act, 1968. (2) The Gaeltacht Industries Acts, 1957 and 1965 , and this Act may be cited together as the Gaeltacht Industries Acts, 1957 to 1968.
