Acts Referred to Dairy Produce Act, 1924 No. 58 of 1924 Number 35 of 1927. DAIRY PRODUCE (AMENDMENT) ACT, 1927. AN ACT TO EXTEND FOR A LIMITED PERIOD THE TIME DURING WHICH CERTAIN LICENCES GRANTED UNDER SECTION 42 OF THE DAIRY PRODUCE ACT, 1924 , ARE TO REMAIN IN FORCE AND FOR THAT PURPOSE TO AMEND THE SAID SECTION 42 OF THE SAID ACT. [2nd December, 1927.] BE IT ENACTED BY THE OIREACHTAS OF SAORSTÁT EIREANN AS FOLLOWS:— Extension of licences under section 42 of the Dairy Produce Act, 1924 . 1.—Every licence granted under sub-section (2) of section 42 of the Dairy Produce Act, 1924 (No. 58 of 1924), and in force on the 2nd day of November, 1927, shall, if the premises to which such licence relates were registered in the register of manufacturing exporters on the said 2nd day of November, 1927, remain in force until the 17th day of December, 1930, but shall continue until that date to be subject and liable to revocation by the Minister as and when he thinks proper. Short title, construction and citation. 2.—This Act may be cited as the Dairy Produce (Amendment) Act, 1927, and shall be construed as one with the Dairy Produce Act, 1924 (No. 58 of 1924), and that Act and this Act may be cited together as the Dairy Produce Acts, 1924 and 1927.
