Number 10 of 1934. DEFENCE FORCES (TEMPORARY PROVISIONS) ACT, 1934. AN ACT TO CONTINUE THE DEFENCE FORCES (TEMPORARY PROVISIONS) ACTS, 1923 TO 1933. [22nd March, 1934.] BE IT ENACTED BY THE OIREACHTAS OF SAORSTÁT EIREANN AS FOLLOWS:— Continuance of the Denfence Forces (Temporary Provisions) Acts, 1923 to 1933. 1.—The Defence Forces (Temporary Provisions) Acts, 1923 to 1933, shall continue in force until the 31st day of July, 1934, and shall then expire. Short title and construction. 2.—(1) This Act may be cited as the Defence Forces (Temporary Provisions) Act, 1934. (2) This Act shall be construed as one with the Defence Forces (Temporary Provisions) Acts, 1923 to 1933, and those Acts and this Act may be cited together as the Defence Forces (Temporary Provisions) Acts, 1923 to 1934.
