AN ACT TO CONFIRM CERTAIN ORDERS MADE UNDER THE EMERGENCY IMPOSITION OF DUTIES ACT, 1932 , AND CERTAIN ORDERS MADE UNDER THE IMPOSITION OF DUTIES ACT, 1957 . [2nd April, 1958.] BE IT ENACTED BY THE OIREACHTAS AS FOLLOWS:— Confirmation of Orders. 1.—(1) The several Orders mentioned in the second column of Part I of the Schedule to this Act, and made under the Emergency Imposition of Duties Act, 1932 (No. 16 of 1932), are hereby confirmed. (2) The several Orders mentioned in the second column of Part II of the Schedule to this Act, and made under the Imposition of Duties Act, 1957 (No. 7 of 1957), are hereby confirmed. (3) The particulars stated in the first and third columns, respectively, of the Schedule to this Act in relation to the Orders mentioned in the second column of that Schedule are inserted solely to facilitate reference to and identification of those Orders, and, accordingly, nothing contained in the said first column or the said third column shall affect the construction or limit or control the operation of this section and the second column of that Schedule.
