EXPIRING LAWS ACT, 1936. ARRANGEMENT OF SECTIONS Section 1. Acts in Schedule to be continued. 2. Short Title. SCHEDULE Number 49 of 1936. EXPIRING LAWS ACT, 1936. AN ACT TO CONTINUE FOR A LIMITED PERIOD CERTAIN EXPIRING ENACTMENTS. [28th November, 1936.] BE IT ENACTED BY THE OIREACHTAS OF SAORSTÁT EIREANN AS FOLLOWS:— Acts in Schedule to be continued. 1.—(1) The Acts mentioned in the Schedule to this Act shall, to the extent specified in the third column of the said Schedule, be continued until the 31st day of December, 1937, and shall then expire unless further continued. (2) Any unrepealed enactments amending or affecting the enactments continued by this section shall, in so far as they are temporary in their duration, be continued in like manner whether they are mentioned in the Schedule to this Act or not.
