SCHEDULE Acts Referred to Local Authorities (Combined Purchasing) Act, 1925 No. 20 of 1925 Local Government Act, 1941 No. 23 of 1941 Number 30 of 1949. EXPIRING LAWS ACT, 1949. AN ACT TO CONTINUE FOR A LIMITED PERIOD CERTAIN EXPIRING ENACTMENTS. [20th December, 1949.] BE IT ENACTED BY THE OIREACHTAS AS FOLLOWS:— Acts in Schedule to be continued. 1.—(1) The Acts mentioned in the Schedule to this Act shall, to the extent specified in the third column of the said Schedule, be continued until the 31st day of December, 1950, and shall then expire unless further continued. (2) Any unrepealed enactments amending or affecting the enactments continued by this section shall, in so far as they are temporary in their duration, be continued in like manner whether they are mentioned in the Schedule to this Act or not.
