SCHEDULE Acts Referred to Imposition of Duties Act, 1957 1957, No. 7 Finance Act, 1962 1962, No. 15 Number 16 of 1965. IMPOSITION OF DUTIES (CONFIRMATION OF ORDERS) ACT, 1965 AN ACT TO CONFIRM AN ORDER MADE UNDER THE IMPOSITION OF DUTIES ACT, 1957 , AND CERTAIN ORDERS MADE UNDER THAT ACT AND THE FINANCE ACT, 1962 . [13th July, 1965.] BE IT ENACTED BY THE OIREACHTAS AS FOLLOWS: Confirmation of Orders. 1.—(1) The several Orders mentioned in the second column of Part I of the Schedule to this Act, and made under the Imposition of Duties Act, 1957 , and the Finance Act, 1962 , are hereby confirmed. (2) The Order mentioned in the second column of Part II of the Schedule to this Act, and made under the Imposition of Duties Act, 1957 , is hereby confirmed. (3) The particulars stated in the first and third columns, respectively, of the Schedule to this Act in relation to the Orders mentioned in the second column of that Schedule are inserted solely to facilitate reference to and identification of those Orders, and, accordingly, nothing contained in the said first column or the said third column shall affect the construction or limit or control the operation of this section and the second column of that Schedule. Short title. 2.—This Act may be cited as the Imposition of Duties (Confirmation of Orders) Act, 1965. SCHEDULE Section 1 . Part I. Amendment of duty on metal domestic ornaments, metal cuff-links, polyethylene film, paper felt, and tools, implements, cutlery, spoons and forks. S.I. No. 223 of 1964 . Imposition of Duties (No. 144) (Meat Preparations) Order, 1964. Imposition of duty on certain meat preparations and materials for the manufacture of such preparations. Part II. Number and Year of Statutory Instrument Title General Subject Matter (1) (2) (3) S.I. No. 282 of 1964 . Imposition of Duties (No. 145) (Exercise of Certain Functions) Order, 1964.
