M. will organize the processing of information as in paragraph 2 above so as to ensure that inspection data are easily accessible both for purposes of consultation and updating in accordance with procedures as set out in the guide for users of the information system provided by the C. A. A. M.</div>\n<div class=\"lf-abs\"><span class=\"lf-abs-num\">6.</span>If, in exceptional circumstances the information as in 2 and 3 above cannot be provided by computerized transmission, the information contained in the report of inspection referred to in Annex 3 shall be provided by telefax facilities as an alternative system of exchanging information.</div>\n<div class=\"lf-abs\"><span class=\"lf-abs-num\">7.</span>Information for administrative purpose, such as statistical information, will be provided by the Secretariat under the guidance of the Committee. This will be based on data provided by the C. A. A. M.</div>\n<div class=\"lf-abs\"><span class=\"lf-abs-num\">8.</span>The information system indicated in the foregoing paragraphs will be implemented as long as the memorandum takes effect.</div>\n<p class=\"lf-p\">Studies to monitor and, where necessary, to improve the quality of the system will be carried out on a continuous basis.</p>\n<div class=\"lf-abs\"><span class=\"lf-abs-num\">9.</span>With the consent of the Authority, the C. A. A. M. will, on behalf of that Authority, submit detention reports to the International Maritime Organization in accordance with Regulation I/19 of SOLAS 74, Article 11 of MARPOL 73/78, Article 21 of LOADILINES 66 and Article X of STCW 78.</div>\n<div class=\"lf-abs\"><span class=\"lf-abs-num\">10.</span>With the consent of the Authority, the C. A. A. M. will, on behalf of that Authority, submit detention reports to the International Labour Organization in accordance with Article 4 of ILO 147. ______________ * This inspection report has been issued solely for purpose of informing the master and other port States that an inspection by the port State, mentioned in the heading, has taken place.
