Rozdział Świadectwa III. sprawności technicznej i świadectwa uzdolnienia. Artykuł 11. W międzynarodowej żegludze każdy statek powietrzny powinien: posiadać świadectwo sprawności technicznej zgodnie z warunkami przewidzianemi w załączniku B, wydane lub uznane za ważne przez Państwo, którego przynależność państwową posiada statek powietrzny. Każdy statek powietrzny przynależny ' do jednego z P ańst w umawiających się ma prawo przelatywać pr zestrze ń p owietrzną innego Państwa: bez lą dowania . Przy takim locie statek obowiązany jest trzymać się drogi, określonej przez Państwo ponad którem przelatuje . Jednak ż e, ze względów .ogólnopolicyj nych, statek taki będzie obowiązany :wylądo wać, ' jeżeli otrzyma nakaz zapomocą sygnałów, przewidzianych w Załąc zniku D. Ka ż dy statek powietrzny, który się udaje z jednego Państwa do drugiego Państwa, powinien -=-- jeżeli to wymagane jest przez przepisy tego Państwa wylądować w jednym z portów lotniczych przez przepisy wskazanym. Wykaz takich portów lotniczych będzie dostarczany przez Państwa umawiają ce się Międzynarodowej Komisji Żeglug i Powietrznej, która roześle ten wykaz wszystkim Państwom umawiającym się. The re gistration mark shall be rcpresented by a group of four capital letters; each gtoup shall contain at least one vowel,and for this purpose the let' ter Y shall be considered asa vowel. The complete group of five letters shalI be used as a call sing of the particular aircraft in mak ing or receiving signals , by wireless telegraphy or other methods of communication, except when opening ' up communica tion by ' meansof visual signals, when the usual methods will be employed. - d)Każdy statek powietrzny powinien posiadać przytwierdzoną w m ie jscu widocznem do łodzi lub kadłuba tabli cę metalow ą, na której powinny być wypisane nazwisk o, imię , miejsc e zamieszka nia wła ściciela oraz znak prz ynależnośc i państwowej i rejestracji statku powietrznego.
