They shall co-operate with one another to prevent the use of these substances for any othe r purposes. Rrt. 6. Rrticle 6. Rrticle 6. Les Parties Contractantes eontroleront tous ceux qui fabriquent, importent, vendent, distribuent ou exportent les substances auxqueJles s'applique le prese nt chapitre, ainsi que les batiments ou ces personnes ex erce nt cette industrie ou ce commerce.   23. a)Limiter aux seuls etablissements et locauxpour lesqu e ls une autorisation existe a cet eff.et la fabrication des substances visees par I'article 4 b), c), g); The Contracting Parties shall controI all persons manufacturing, importing, selling, distribwting or exporting the substances to which this Chapter applies, as well as the buildings in which these persons carry on such industry or trade. With this objeet, the Contrac:ting Parties shall:
  24. a)Confine the manufacture of the substances feferred to in articie 4 b), c), and
  25. g)to those establi shments and premises alone which have been Iicensed for the purpose;
  26. b)Require that all persons engag e d in the manufacture, import, sale, distribution , or export of the said substances shall obtain a Hcente or permit to engage in these operations;

Rada zakomunikuje to postanowienie stronom układają­ cym się, co pociągnie za sobą wyjęcie z 'pod działania niniejszej konwencji rzeczonych przetworów.
