2.Any regional economic integration organization that becomes a Party to this Convention without any of its member States being a Party shall be bound by all the obligations under the Convention.

In the case of such organizations, one or more of whose member States is a Party to this Convention, the organization and its member States shall decide on their respective responsibilities for the performance of their obligations under the Convention. In such cases, the organization and the member States shall not be entitled to exercise rights under the Convention concurrently.

1.Export notifications shall contain the following information:

1.Les notifications d’exportation doivent contenir les renseignements suivants: (a) nazw´ i adres odpowiedniego wyznaczonego krajowego organu Strony eksportujàcej i Strony importujàcej; (a) Name and address of the relevant designated national authorities of the exporting Party and the importing Party;
\n
a)Nom et adresse des autorités nationales désignées compétentes de la Partie d’exportation et de la Partie d’importation; (b) planowanà dat´ eksportu do Strony importujàcej; (b) Expected date of export to the importing Party;
\n
b)Date prévue d’exportation ∫ destination de la Partie importatrice; (c) nazw´ substancji chemicznej zabronionej lub o znacznie ograniczonym zakresie stosowania oraz streszczenie informacji okreÊlonej w za∏àczniku I, która ma byç przekazana do Sekretariatu zgodnie z artyku∏em 5. W przypadku gdy wi´cej ni˝ jedna taka substancja chemiczna zawarta jest w mieszaninie lub preparacie, przekazywana informacja musi dotyczyç ka˝dej pojedynczej substancji; (c) Name of the banned or severely restricted chemical and a summary of the information specified in Annex I that is to be provided to the Secretariat in accordance with Article 5.

Where more than one such chemical is included in a mixture or preparation, such information shall be provided for each chemical;

c)Nom du produit chimique interdit ou strictement réglementé et résumé des renseignements demandés ∫ l’annexe I qui doivent ˘tre communiqués au Secrétariat conformément ∫ l’article 5. e)Mesures de précaution ∫ prendre pour réduire l’exposition au produit chimique et les émissions de ce produit; (f) w przypadku mieszaniny lub preparatu — st´˝enie substancji chemicznej zabronionej (substancji chemicznych zabronionych) lub o znacznie ograniczonym zakresie stosowania; (f) In the case of a mixture or a preparation, the concentration of the banned or severely restricted chemical or chemicals in question;

f)Dans le cas d’un mélange ou d’une préparation, la teneur du ou des produits chimiques interdits ou strictement réglementés qui en font partie; (g) nazw´ i adres importera; (g) Name and address of the importer;

g)Nom et adresse de l’importateur; (h) ka˝dà dodatkowà informacj´, która jest aktualnie dost´pna dla odpowiedniego wyznaczonego krajowego organu Strony eksportujàcej i która mo˝e okazaç si´ u˝yteczna dla odpowiedniego wyznaczonego krajowego organu Strony importujàcej. (h) Any additional information that is readily available to the relevant designated national authority of the exporting Party that would be of assistance to the designated national authority of the importing Party.

h)Tout renseignement supplémentaire dont dispose l’autorité nationale désignée cométente de la Partie exportatrice et qui pourrait aider l’autorité nationale désignée de la Partie importatrice.

2.In addition to the information referred to in paragraph 1, the exporting Party shall provide such further information specified in Annex I as may be requested by the importing Party.

2.En plus des renseignements demandés au paragraphe 1 ci-dessus, la Partie exportatrice fournira tout autre renseignement complémentaire spécifié ∫ l’annexe I que la Partie importatrice pourrait lui demander.

Po zaznajomieniu si´ z powy˝szà konwencjà, w imieniu Rzeczypospolitej Polskiej oÊwiadczam, ˝e: — zosta∏a ona uznana za s∏usznà zarówno w ca∏oÊci, jak i ka˝de z postanowieƒ w niej zawartych, — Rzeczpospolita Polska postanawia przystàpiç do tej konwencji, — postanowienia konwencji sà przyj´te, potwierdzone i b´dà niezmiennie zachowywane.
