The examples in this guide are based on Czech law. The same tools also work with the Europaius Cyprus corpus:
"What are the conditions for applying the flat-rate expense deduction for self-employed persons in 2026, and what is the limit? Cite the Income Tax Act." The AI locates Section 7(7), states the exact percentage rates and limits from the text, and adds a reference.
"Find Supreme Administrative Court decisions on when advertising expenses qualify as a tax-deductible cost, and summarise the criteria." The AI uses the case-law tool filtered to administrative courts, returns decisions with their file numbers, and summarises the test applied by the court.
"How does the tax return filing deadline differ when the return is filed by an advisor?" The AI retrieves Section 136 of the Tax Procedure Code and answers with a reference.
In your AI's persistent instructions ("Projects" in Claude, "Custom instructions" in ChatGPT), write: answer using the Europaius connector, always cite the relevant provision and reference, quote rates and limits verbatim and state which version of the text they relate to. This removes the need to repeat instructions with every query.
For client responses, have the AI produce two paragraphs: a plain-language explanation and a source citation. The client gets an answer they can verify, and you have a traceable basis for it.
Tax law operates on effective dates. Always specify the relevant tax period and have the AI state which version of the provision its answer relates to. The corpus includes historical versions, but you must tell the AI which period you mean. Supreme Administrative Court case law tends to be fact-specific; a conclusion from one decision may not apply generally. Also, guidelines and information issued by the Financial Administration are not law; the corpus includes only a selection of such methodological materials.
https://mcp.europaius.com/mcpOnly a selection, in the methodology section. The core content is legislation and case law. For official guidelines, consult the Financial Administration's website and have the AI compare them against the law.
The AI can retrieve rates and limits from the legislation and perform a calculation, but always check the result. The connector guarantees correct inputs, not flawless arithmetic.
The corpus includes Slovak legislation; for tax queries, specify the country as SK.
