No. 36.No. 36/1924: CONGESTED DISTRICTS BOARD FUNDS - DETERMINATION AS A PUBLIC FUND Department of Finance Determination dated 19th July, 1924, declaring the funds which were at the disposal of the late Congested Districts Board to be a Public Fund within the meaning of Section 4 of the Superannuation Act, 1892. In virtue of the powers given to me by Section 7 of the Superannuation and Pensions Act, 1923 , I hereby determine the funds which were at the disposal of the late Congested Districts Board to be a Public Fund for the purposes of the Superannuation Act, 1892, with respect to those officers who were pensionable pursuant to the provisions of the scheme made under Section 52 of the Irish Land Act, 1909, and were transferred from the service of the Congested Districts Board to a pensionable office in the permanent Civil Service of the State on or after the 1st of April, 1922.
