No. 67/1925: DISPENSARY (BOARDS OF HEALTH) (AMENDMENT) ORDER, 1925 WHEREAS in pursuance of the Vaccination (Ireland) Act, 1858, as amended by subsequent enactments, I, the Minister for Local Government and Public Health did by Article 17 of the Dispensary (County Boards of Health) Rules and Regulations 1923, as adapted by the Adaptation (Vaccination (Ireland) Acts) Order, 1925, amongst other things prescribe the duties of a Medical Officer of Health of a dispensary district in relation to vaccination : AND WHEREAS it is expedient to amend the said Article as adapted as aforesaid, in manner hereinafter appearing : NOW, THEREFORE, I, the Minister for Local Government and Public Health, in exercise of the powers vested in me by the Vaccination (Ireland) Act, 1858, as amended by subsequent enactments and as adapted by the Adaptation (Vaccination (Ireland) Acts) Order, 1925, and of all powers in this behalf enabling me, do hereby order and direct as follows, that is to say :— 1.—Article 17 of the Dispensary (County Boards of Health) Rules and Regulations, 1923, as adapted as aforesaid, shall be amended by the addition thereto of the following proviso to paragraph X thereof :— Provided always that he shall give to any person making application therefor a copy certified under his hand of any entry or entries in the vaccination register, Form G, which are not required to be made in the register of vaccination which he is required to keep in pursuance of section 7 of the Vaccination (Ireland) Act, 1863, on payment of the fee of two shillings for each certificate, which shall include a fee for any search made by him. 2.—This Order may be cited as the Dispensary (Boards of Health) (Amendment) Order, 1925. Given under My Seal of Office, this twenty-fourth day of December, in the Year of Our Lord One Thousand Nine Hundred and Twenty-five.
