No. 71. THE MONEY ORDER AMENDMENT (No. 12) REGULATIONS, 1926. DEPARTMENT OF POSTS AND TELEGRAPHS. MONEY ORDERS. THE MONEY ORDER AMENDMENT (No. 12) REGULATIONS, 1926. DATED 7TH OCTOBER, 1926. I, the Minister for Finance of the Irish Free State, in exercise of all powers now vested in me by the Post Office Acts, 1908 to 1920, the Adaptation of Enactments Act, 1922 , the Ministers and Secretaries Act, 1924 , and of all other powers enabling me in this behalf, do, by this Warrant, made on the representation of the Minister for Posts and Telegraphs (testified by his signing the same), order, direct and declare as follows: 1. These Regulations shall be read and construed as one with the Money Order Regulations, 1903, hereinafter called "the Principal Regulations," and ail Regulations amending the same. 2. From and after the date when these Regulations come into operation, the Money Order Amendment (No. 11) Regulations, 1924, shall be repealed, and in the Principal Regulations the following Regulation shall be substituted for Regulation 26, viz.:— 26. In the case of every telegraph money order issued in the Irish Free State, and payable in a British Colony or Possession or a foreign country, a supplementary fee of one shilling shall be charged and prepaid in addition to that same poundage as in the case of an ordinary foreign money order. 3. These Regulations may be cited as "The Money Order Amendment (No. 12) Regulations, 1926." 4. These Regulations shall come into operation on the 22nd day of November, 1926.
