STATUTORY RULES AND ORDERS. 1927. No. 16. DAIRY PRODUCE ACT, 1924 (COMMENCEMENT) ORDER No. 3, 1927. WHEREAS it is enacted by sub-section

(2)of section 1 of the Dairy Produce Act, 1924 (No. 58 of 1924), that that Act shall come into operation on such day as may be fixed by an Order of the Minister for Lands and Agriculture either generally or with reference to any particular Part of the Act, and that different dates may be appointed for the coming into operation of different Parts of the Act: AND WHEREAS it is expedient that the said Act should come into operation on the 1st day of March, 1927, for the purpose of Part II. of the Act: NOW I, Patrick Hogan, Minister for Lands and Agriculture, in exercise of the power in that behalf conferred on me by the Dairy Produce Act, 1924 (No. 58 of 1924), and of every and any other power me in that behalf enabling, do hereby order as follows:—
  1. This Order may be cited as the Dairy Produce Act, 1924 (Commencement) Order No. 3,
  3. The Interpretation Act, 1923 (No. 46 of 1923), applies to the interpretation of this Order in like manner as it applies to the interpretation of an Act of the Oireachtas.
  4. The 1st day of March, 1927, is hereby fixed and appointed as the day on which Part II. of the Dairy Produce Act. 1924 (No. 58 of 1924), shall come into operation. Given under my Seal of Office, this 2nd day of February,
