No. 14. THE MONEY ORDER AMENDMENT (No. 13) REGULATIONS, 1929. DEPARTMENT OF POSTS AND TELEGRAPHS. MONEY ORDERS. THE MONEY ORDER AMENDMENT (No. 13) REGULATIONS, 1929. Dated 28th March, 1929. I, the Minister for Finance and Minister for Posts and Telegraphs, in exercise of all powers now vested in me by the Post Office Acts, 1908 to 1920, the Adaptation of Enactments Act, 1922 , the Ministers and Secretaries Act, 1924 , and of all powers enabling me in this behalf, do, by this Warrant, and under my hand, order, direct and declare as follows:— 1. These Regulations shall be read and construed as one with the Money Order Regulations, 1903 (hereinafter referred to as the "Principal Regulations") and all Regulations amending the same. 2. From and after the date when these Regulations come into operation the Money Order Amendment (No. 12) Regulations, 1926, shall be repealed, and in the Principal Regulations the following Regulation shall be substituted for Regulation 26, viz.:— 26. In the case of every telegraph money order issued in the Irish Free State and payable in a British Colony or Possession or a foreign country, except Cuba, a supplementary fee of one shilling shall be charged and prepaid in addition to the same poundage as in the case of an ordinary foreign money order. In the case of a telegraph money order for Cuba the supplementary fee shall be five shillings. 3. These Regulations shall come into operation on the 1st day of April, 1929. 4. These Regulations may be cited as "The Money Order Amendment (No. 13) Regulations, 1929." Dated this 28th day of March, 1929.
