No. 65. PROHIBITION OF IMPORT (CHEESE) ORDER, 1932. WHEREAS it is enacted by section 23 of the Dairy Produce (Price Stabilisation) Act, 1932 (No. 10 of 1932), that the Minister for Agriculture may from time to time by order prohibit the importation of any particular class or classes of dairy produce; NOW, THEREFORE, the Minister for Agriculture, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 23 of the Dairy Produce (Price Stabilisation) Act, 1932 (No. 10 of 1932), and of every and any other power him in this behalf enabling, hereby orders as follows:— 1. This Order may be cited for all purposes as the Prohibition of Import (Cheese) Order, 1932. 2. The Interpretation Act, 1923 (No. 46 of 1923), applies to the interpretation of this Order in like manner as it applies to the interpretation of an Act of the Oireachtas. 3. The importation of cheese into Saorstát Eireann after the 25th day of July, 1932, is hereby prohibited. Sealed with the seal of office of the Minister for Agriculture this 25th day of July, 1932.
