AmendmentsLeasuithe STATUTORY RULES AND ORDERS. 1933. No. 126. THE ROAD TRANSPORT ACT, 1933 (APPOINTED DAY) ORDER, 1933. THE ROAD TRANSPORT ACT, 1933 , (APPOINTED DAY) ORDER, 1933, MADE BY THE MINISTER FOR INDUSTRY AND COMMERCE ON THE 21st DAY OF OCTOBER, 1933, PURSUANT TO SECTION 5 of THE ROAD TRANSPORT ACT, 1933 . WHEREAS it is enacted by sub-section
(1)of Section 5 of the Road Transport Act, 1933 , that the Minister for Industry and Commerce may after consultation with the Minister for Justice by order appoint a day not less than three months after the passing of the said Act to be the appointed day for the purposes of the said Act : NOW, THEREFORE, the Minister for Industry and Commerce, in the exercise of the powers conferred on him by subsection
(1)of Section 5 of the Road Transport Act, 1933 , and of every and any other power him in this behalf enabling, and after consultation with the Minister for Justice by this Order appoints the 1st day of February, 1934, to be the appointed day for the purposes of the said Act. This Order may be cited for all purposes as the Road Transport Act, 1933 , (Appointed Day) Order,
