DUBLIN LOCAL ACTS (ANNULMENT) ORDER, 1933. DEPARTMENT OF LOCAL GOVERNMENT AND PUBLIC HEALTH. LOCAL GOVERNMENT (DUBLIN) ACT, 1930 . WHEREAS by sub-section

(1)of section 103 of the Local Government (Dublin) Act, 1930 (hereinafter referred to as " the Act "), it is enacted as follows, that is to say :— " 103.—
(1)Where it appears to the Minister that any local, personal, or private Act or any order relating to the Existing City or to either of the added urban districts and in force at the passing of this Act contains provisions which are inconsistent with or rendered unnecessary by or adequately replaced by provisions made by or under this Act, the Minister may by order declare that such provisions of such Act or order shall not apply in or in relation to the City, and upon such order being made the provisions specified therein of such Act or order shall not apply in or in relation to the City." AND WHEREAS the Minister referred to in the said sub-section is the Minister for Local Government and Public Health : AND WHEREAS the Acts in this Order hereafter specified are local Acts relating to either of the added urban districts : AND WHEREAS it appears to the Minister for Local Government and Public Health that the provisions contained in the said Acts and hereinafter specified are inconsistent with or rendered unnecessary by or adequately replaced by provisions made by or under the Act : NOW THEREFORE the Minister for Local Government and Public Health in exercise of the powers conferred on him by the said sub-section
(1)of section 103 of the Act, hereby orders and declares as follows, that is to say :—
  1. This Order may be cited as the Dublin Local Acts (Annulment) Order,
  3. The Interpretation Act, 1923 , applies to the interpretation of this Order in the same manner in which it applies to the interpretation of an Act of the Oireachtas.
  4. The provisions set forth in Column II of the Schedule to this Order of the local Acts set forth in Column I of the Schedule shall not apply in or in relation to the City.
