RUTTLEDGE, Minister for Justice, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by sub-section
(3)of Section 47 of the Court Officers Act, 1926 (No. 27 of 1926), and of every and any other power me in this behalf enabling, do hereby order as follows, that is to say:—
- The Schedule to the District Court (New Areas) Order, 1927 (Statutory Rules and Orders, 1927, No. 103), is hereby varied as follows, viz.:— Part of Schedule affected County Name of Court Words deleted or inserted or other alteration Part II. Donegal. Bunbeg. Delete "1 p.m." in Column 1 and insert in lieu thereof "2 p.m."
- This Order may be cited for all purposes as the District Court (New Areas) Order, 1927 (Variation Order, No. 44), and shall come into operation on the 1st day of June,
