AmendmentsLeasuithe STATUTORY RULES AND ORDERS. 1934. No. 335. TOWN AND REGIONAL PLANNING ACT, 1934 (DATE OF COMMENCEMENT) ORDER, 1934. DEPARTMENT OF LOCAL GOVERNMENT AND PUBLIC HEALTH. TOWN AND REGIONAL PLANNING ACT, 1934 (DATE OF COMMENCEMENT) ORDER, 1934. WHEREAS by sub-section
(2)of section 1 of the Town and Regional Planning Act, 1934 (in this Order referred to as " the Act "), it is enacted that the Act shall come into operation on such day as may be fixed in that behalf by an order made by the Minister under the said section. NOW, THEREFORE, the Minister for Local Government and Public Health, in exercise of the power so conferred on him, hereby orders as follows:—
- This Order may be cited as the Town and Regional Planning Act, 1934 (Date of Commencement) Order,
- The Interpretation Act, 1923 , shall apply for the purpose of the interpretation of this Order in the same manner in which it applies for the purpose of the interpretation of an Act of the Oireachtas.
- The Act shall come into operation on the fifteenth day of November,
