TEACHERS' PENSION (No. 2) RULES, 1934. I, Tomás O Deirg, Minister for Education, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by the National School Teachers (Ireland) Act, 1879, and of every and any other power me in this behalf enabling, do hereby make the following Rules, that is to say:— 1. These Rules may be cited for all purposes as the Teachers' Pension (No. 2) Rules, 1934. 2. References in the Irish Teachers' Pension Rules, 1897, any rules made under the National School Teachers (Ireland) Act, 1879, amending or extending the said Irish Teachers' Pension Rules, 1897, the Irish Teachers' Pension Rules, 1914, and any rules made under the said Act amending or extending the said Irish Teachers' Pension Rules, 1914, to the Superintendent of the Teachers' Pension Office, the Superintendent, or the Superintendent of the Teachers' Pension Office of Saorstát Eireann shall be construed and have effect as references to the Minister for Education.
