THE PERPETUAL FUNDS (REGISTRATION) ACT, 1933 , (COMMENCEMENT) ORDER, 1935, MADE BY THE MINISTER FOR INDUSTRY AND COMMERCE ON THE 15TH DAY OF MAY 1935, PURSUANT TO SUB-SECTION
(2)OF SECTION 16 of THE PERPETUAL FUNDS (REGISTRATION) ACT, 1933 . WHEREAS it is enacted by sub-section
(2)of Section 16 of the Perpetual Funds (Registration) Act, 1933 , that the said Act shall come into operation on such day as shall be fixed for that purpose by an order of the Minister for Industry and Commerce. NOW, THEREFORE, the Minister for Industry and Commerce in exercise of the powers conferred on him by sub-section
(2)of Section 16 of the Perpetual Funds (Registration) Act, 1933 , hereby orders that the said Act shall come into operation on the 16th day of May,
