(5)of section 11 of the Dairy Produce (Price Stabilisation) Act, 1935 (No. 21 of 1935), that the Minister for Agriculture may by order appoint a day to be the appointed day for the purposes of section 11 of the said Act: AND WHEREAS it is enacted by sub-section
(4)of section 17 of the said Act that the Minister for Agriculture shall by order appoint a day to be the appointed day for the purposes of section 17 of the said Act: NOW, I, SÉAMUS O RIAIN, Minister for Agriculture, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by sub-section
(5)of section 11 and by sub-section
(4)of section 17 of the Dairy Produce (Price Stabilisation) Act, 1935 (No. 21 of 1935), and of every and any other power me in this behalf enabling, do hereby order as follows, that is to say:—
  1. This Order may be cited as the Dairy Produce (Price Stabilisation) Act, 1935 (Appointed Days) Order,
  3. The Interpretation Act, 1923 (No. 46 of 1923), applies to the interpretation of this Order in like manner as it applies to the interpretation of an Act of the Oireachtas.
  4. In this Order the expression "the Act" means the Dairy Produce (Price Stabilisation) Act, 1935 (No. 21 of 1935).
  5. The 1st day of August, 1935, is hereby appointed to be the appointed day for the purposes of section 11 of the Act.
  6. The 1st day of August, 1935, is hereby appointed to be the appointed day for the purposes of section 17 of the Act. Given under my Seal of Office, this 25th day of July,
