AmendmentsLeasuithe STATUTORY RULES AND ORDERS. 1935. No. 564. CATTLE (MINIMUM PRICE AND CALCULATION OF PRICE) (REVOCATION) REGULATIONS, 1935. WHEREAS it is enacted by sub-section
(1)of section 25 of the Slaughter of Cattle and Sheep Act, 1934 (No. 42 of 1934), that the Minister for Agriculture may by order make regulations for all or any of the purposes mentioned in the said sub-section: AND WHEREAS in exercise of the powers conferred on him by the said sub-section
(1)of the said section 25, the Minister for Agriculture made the Cattle (Minimum Price and Calculation of Price) Regulations, 1934 (Statutory Rules and Orders, No. 359 of 1934), and the Cattle (Minimum Price and Calculation of Price) (Amendment) Regulations, 1935 (Statutory Rules and Orders, No. 95 of 1935): NOW, I, SÉAMAS O RIAIN, Minister for Agriculture, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by sub-section
(1)of section 25 of the Slaughter of Cattle and Sheep Act, 1934 (No. 42 of 1934), and of every and any other power me in this behalf enabling, do hereby order and make the following regulations, that is to say:—
- These Regulations may be cited as the Cattle (Minimum Price and Calculation of Price) (Revocation) Regulations,
- The Interpretation Act, 1923 (No. 46 of 1923), applies to the interpretation of these regulations in like manner as it applies to the interpretation of an Act of the Oireachtas.
- The Cattle (Minimum Price and Calculation of Price) Regulations, 1934 (Statutory Rules and Orders, No. 359 of 1934) and the Cattle (Minimum Price and Calculation of Price) (Amendment) Regulations, 1935 (Statutory Rules and Orders, No. 95 of 1935), are hereby revoked.
