AmendmentsLeasuithe DEPARTMENT OF LOCAL GOVERNMENT AND PUBLIC HEALTH. THE THERAPEUTIC SUBSTANCES ACT, 1932.THE THERAPEUTIC SUBSTANCES (FEES) REGULATIONS, 1935. [Extract from Iris Oifigiúil, June 4, 1935.] No. M.C. 839/1935. The Minister for Local Government and Public Health in exercise of the powers vested in him by Section 14 of the Therapeutic Substances Act, 1932 , does hereby, with the consent of the Minister for Finance, make the following regulations, that is to say:— 1. These Regulations may be cited as the Therapeutic Substances (Fees) Regulations, 1935. 2. The Interpretation Act, 1923 , applies to the interpretation of these Regulations as it applies to the interpretation of an Act of the Oireachtas. 3. The fees to be paid to the Minister for Local Government and Public Health on the grant of the undermentioned classes of licences under the Therapeutic Substances Act, 1932 , are hereby fixed as follows:—
(1)In respect of a manufacturer's licence, Four Pounds, with the addition of One Pound for each therapeutic substance specified therein;
(2)In respect of an import licence, Fifteen Shillings, with the addition of Five Shillings for each therapeutic substance specified therein;
(3)In respect of a research licence, Fifteen Shillings, with the addition of Five Shillings for each therapeutic substance specified therein.
