AmendmentsLeasuithe STATUTORY RULES AND ORDERS. 1935. No. 96. AGRICULTURAL PRODUCE (CEREALS) (SCHEDULED FEEDING STUFFS) No. 1 ORDER, 1935. WHEREAS it is enacted by sub-section
(2)of Section 90 of the Agricultural Produce (Cereals) Act, 1933 (No. 7 of 1933), that the Minister for Agriculture may by order under the said Section declare that any article (not being already a scheduled feeding stuff) shall be a scheduled feeding stuff for the purposes of Part VII of the said Act, and whenever any such order is made, the article to which such order relates shall be a scheduled feeding stuff for the purposes of the said Part VII: NOW, THEREFORE, I, SÉAMAS O RIAIN, Minister for Agriculture, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by sub-section
(2)of Section 90 of the Agricultural Produce (Cereals) Act, 1933 (No. 7 of 1933), and of every and any other power me in this behalf enabling, do hereby order as follows, that is to say:— 1.—
(1)This Order may be cited for all purposes as the Agricultural Produce (Cereals) Scheduled Feeding Stuffs), No. 1 Order, 1935.
(2)This Order shall come into force on the fifteenth day of April,
- The Interpretation Act, 1923 (No. 46 of 1923), applies to the interpretation of this Order in like manner as it applies to the interpretation of an Act of the Oireachtas.
- It is hereby declared that Linseed Cake shall be a scheduled feeding stuff for the purposes of Part VII of the Agricultural Produce (Cereals) Act, 1933 (No. 7 of 1933). Given under my Seal of Office this ninth day of April,
