(1)of Section 18 of the Dairy Produce (Price Stabilisation) Act, 1935 (No. 21 of 1935), that the Minister for Agriculture may at any time by Order revoke any levy Order made under the said Section 18 and which is for the time being in force: AND WHEREAS it is enacted by sub-section
(1)of Section 34 of the said Act that the Minister for Agriculture may at any time by Order revoke any bounty Order made under the said Section 34 and which is for the time being in force: NOW, I, SÉAMAS O RIAIN, Minister for Agriculture, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by sub-section
(1)of Sections 18 and 34 of the Dairy Produce (Price Stabilisation) Act, 1935 (No. 21 of 1935), and of every and any other power me in this behalf enabling, do hereby order as follows:—
  1. This Order may be cited for all purposes as the Butter (Levy and Bounty) (No. 7) Order, 1935, Revocation Order,
  3. This Order shall come into force on the 1st day of April,
  5. The Interpretation Act, 1923 (No. 46 of 1923), applies to the interpretation of this Order in like manner as it applies to the interpretation of an Act of the Oireachtas.
  6. The Butter (Levy and Bounty) (No. 7) Order, 1935 (Statutory Rules and Orders No. 45 of 1936), is hereby revoked. Given under my Seal of Office this 31st day of March,
