AmendmentsLeasuithe STATUTORY RULES AND ORDERS. 1936. No. 124. AGRICULTURAL PRODUCE (POTATOES) (TIME OF EXEMPTION) ORDER, 1936. WHEREAS it is enacted by sub-section
(1)of Section 26 of the Agricultural Produce (Potatoes) Act, 1931 (No. 26 of 1931), that the Minister for Agriculture may from time to time by order declare that the period between the 20th day of May and the 31st day of August, both days inclusive, or such part of the said period as may be specified in such Order shall in such year or years as may be specified in such Order be a time of exemption for the purposes of Part V of the said Act, and that whenever such an Order is made and in force the period declared by such Order to be a time of exemption for the purposes of Part V of the said Act, shall in every year specified in such Order be a time of exemption for the purposes of Part V of the said Act: NOW, I, SÉAMAS O RIAIN, Minister for Agriculture, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by sub-section
(1)of Section 26 of the Agricultural Produce (Potatoes) Act, 1931 (No. 26 of 1931), and of every and any other power me in this behalf enabling do hereby order as follows:—
- This Order may be cited for all purposes as the Agricultural Produce (Potatoes) (Time of Exemption) Order,
- The Interpretation Act, 1923 (No. 46 of 1923), applies to the interpretation of this Order in like manner as it applies to the interpretation of an Act of the Oireachtas.
- It is hereby declared that the period commencing on the 22nd day of June and terminating on the 30th day of August, inclusive of both days, shall in the year 1936, be a time of exemption for the purposes of Part V of the Agricultural Produce (Potatoes) Act, 1931 . Given under my Seal of Office this 4th day of May,
