No. 228. CONDENSED MILK (LEVY) (No. 2) ORDER, 1936. WHEREAS it is enacted by Section 18 of the Dairy Produce (Price Stabilisation) Act, 1935 (No. 21 of 1935), that the Minister for Agriculture may from time to time by order make regulations prescribing the rates of levy under Part III of the said Act on milk products and may at any time by order revoke or amend any such order and may prescribe different rates of levy on different substances and on different classes (defined in such manner as the Minister shall think proper) of any particular substance and may prescribe different methods of calculating the levy in respect of different substances and the date on which any particular rate of levy shall come into force : AND WHEREAS by virtue of Section 3 of the said Act, condensed milk is a milk product for the purposes of the said Act : NOW, I, SÉAMAS O RIAIN, Minister for Agriculture, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by the Dairy Produce (Price Stabilisation) Act, 1935 (No. 21 of 1935), and of every and any other power me in this behalf enabling do by this Order make the following regulations :— 1. This Order may be cited as the Condensed Milk (Levy) (No. 2) Order, 1936. 2. The Interpretation Act, 1923 (No. 46 of 1923), applies to the interpetation of this Order in like manner as it applies to the interpretation of an Act of the Oireachtas. 3. The Condensed Milk (Levy) Order, 1936 (Statutory Rules and Orders, No. 125 of 1936), is revoked as on and from the 1st day of August, 1936. 4.—
