UNIFORM RATE (PEAT FUEL) (REVOCATION) ORDER, 1936. UNIFORM RATE (PEAT FUEL) (REVOCATION) ORDER, 1936, MADE BY THE MINISTER FOR INDUSTRY AND COMMERCE ON THE 19TH DAY OF OCTOBER, 1936, PURSUANT TO SECTION 12 of THE RAILWAYS ACT, 1933 . WHEREAS it is enacted by sub-section
(12)of section 12 of the Railways Act, 1933 , that the Minister for Industry and Commerce may by order made under that sub-section revoke, amend or vary any uniform rate order made under the said Act : AND WHEREAS the Minister for Industry and Commerce on the 8th day of August, 1934, made the Uniform Rate (Peat Fuel) Order, 1934 : AND WHEREAS it is necessary that the said Uniform Rate (Peat Fuel) Order, 1934, should be revoked : NOW, THEREFORE, the Minister for Education, acting as Agent for the Minister for Industry and Commerce, in exercise of the powers conferred on the Minister for Industry and Commerce by sub-section
(12)of section 12 of the Railways Act, 1933 , and of all other powers him in this behalf enabling hereby orders as follows :—
- The Uniform Rate (Peat Fuel) Order, 1934, is hereby revoked.
- This Order may be cited for all purposes as the Uniform Rate (Peat Fuel) (Revocation) Order,
- BY ORDER OF THE MINISTER FOR EDUCATION ACTING AS AGENT FOR THE MINISTER FOR INDUSTRY AND COMMERCE. Dated this 19th day of October,
