(1)of Section 18 of the Dairy Produce (Price Stabilisation) Act, 1935 (No. 21 of 1935), that the Minister for Agriculture may at any time by order revoke any levy order made under the said Section 18 and which is for the time being in force: NOW, I, SÉAMAS O RIAIN, Minister for Agriculture, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by sub-section
(1)of Section 18 of the Dairy Produce (Price Stabilisation) Act, 1935 (No. 21 of 1935), and of every and any other power me this behalf enabling, do hereby order as follows:—
  1. This Order may be cited for all purposes as the Non-Creamery Butter (Levy) (No. 5) Order, 1936, Revocation Order,
  3. This Order shall come into force on the 1st day of May,
  5. The Interpretation Act, 1923 (No. 46 of 1923), applies to the interpretation of this Order in like manner as it applies to the interpretation of an Act of the Oireachtas.
  6. The Non-Creamery Butter (Levy) (No. 5) Order, 1936 (Statutory Rules and Orders, No. 375 of 1936) is hereby revoked. Given under my Seal of Office this 30th day of April,
