DUBLIN METROPOLITAN TAXIMETER AREA ORDER, 1937. DEPARTMENT OF LOCAL GOVERNMENT AND PUBLIC HEALTH. THE ROAD TRAFFIC ACT, 1933 . SECTION 132. The Minister for Local Government and Public Health in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 132 of the Road Traffic Act, 1933 , in consultation with the Minister for Justice, hereby orders as follows, that is to say:— 1. This Order may be cited as the Dublin Metropolitan Taximeter Area Order, 1937. 2. The area described in the schedule to this Order shall be a taximeter area for the purposes of Part VIII of the Road Traffic Act, 1933 .
