AmendmentsLeasuithe STATUTORY RULES AND ORDERS. 1937. No. 238. DUBLIN DISTRICT MILK BOARD (MINIMUM PRICES FOR MILK) (No. 2) ORDER, 1937. WHEREAS a determination of the Dublin District Milk Board under Section 42 of the Milk (Regulation of Supply and Price) Act, 1936 (No. 43 of 1936), was communicated to the Minister for Agriculture and has been considered by him: NOW, I, SÉAMAS O RIAIN, Minister for Agriculture, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by clause (

  5. b)of sub-section

(1)of Section 43 of the Milk (Regulation of Supply and Price) Act, 1936 (No. 43 of 1936), and of every and any other power me in this behalf enabling, do hereby order as follows:— 1. This Order may be cited as the Dublin District Milk Board (Minimum Prices for Milk) (No. 2) Order, 1937, and shall come into operation on the 1st day of September, 1937. 2. In, this Order— the expression "registered producers" means persons registered in the register of producers kept by the Dublin District Milk Board; the expression "registered retailers" means persons registered in the register of retailers kept by the Dublin District Milk Board; the expression "registered wholesalers" means persons registered in the register of wholesalers kept by the Dublin District Milk Board. 3. The Interpretation Act, 1923 (No. 46 of 1923), applies to the interpretation of this Order in like manner as it applies to the interpretation of an Act of the Oireachtas. 4. The Dublin, District Milk Board (Minimum Prices for Milk) Order, 1937 (No. 106 of 1937) is hereby revoked. 5. The minimum prices to be paid to registered producers for milk sold by them to registered retailers shall be at the following rates— (
  1. a)where the milk is delivered at the premises of the registered producer, one shilling and two pence halfpenny per gallon; (
  2. b)where the milk is delivered at a place other than the premises of the registered producer, one shilling and three pence halfpenny per gallon. 6. The minimum prices to be paid to registered producers for milk sold by them to registered wholesalers shall be at the following rates— (
  3. a)where the milk is delivered at the premises of the registered producer, one shilling and a halfpenny per gallon; (
  4. b)where the milk is delivered at any place other than the premises of the registered producer, one shilling and one penny halfpenny per gallon.
