CONTRIBUTIONS (AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS,

1. ARACHÁS NÁISIÚNTA AR SHLÁINTE. (NATIONAL HEALTH INSURANCE.) REGULATIONS MADE BY THE MINISTER FOR LOCAL GOVERNMENT AND PUBLIC HEALTH UNDER THE NATIONAL HEALTH INSURANCE ACTS, 1911 To

March, 1937. The Minister for Local Government and Public Health, in exercise

the powers conferred on him by the National Health Insurance Acts, 1911 to 1936, and

all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Regulations:— *1.—

Contributions) Consolidated Regulations (Ireland), 1918 (hereinafter called "the principal Regulations"), the National Health Insurance (Collection

Contributions) Regulations (Ireland), 1920, the National Health Insurance (Collection

Contributions) Regulations (Ireland), 1921, the National Health Insurance (Collection

Contributions) Amendment Regulations, 1928, and the National Health Insurance (Collection

Contributions) Amendment Regulations, 1929, may be cited together as the National Health Insurance (Collection

Contributions) Consolidated Regulations, 1918 to 1937.

insured persons in whose employment amounts to fifty or more, under which the card

contributors included in the arrangements within 14 days after the expiration

the employer to do so shall not render any contributor liable to any penalty under Section 69

the National Insurance Act, 1911, for failure to surrender his card to the Society within 14 days after the expiration

currency thereof." 4. There shall be added to Article 34
