MADE BY THE MINISTER FOR INDUSTRY AND COMMERCE ON THE 9TH DAY OF JANUARY, 1937, PURSUANT TO THE POWERS CONFERRED ON HIM BY SUB-SECTION

(2)OF SECTION 11 of THE NIGHT WORK (BAKERIES) ACT, 1936 . WHEREAS it is enacted by sub-section
(2)of Section 11 of the Night Work (Bakeries) Act, 1936 , that the said Act shall come into operation on such day as shall be fixed for that purpose by order of the Minister for Industry and Commerce: NOW, THEREFORE, the Minister for Industry and Commerce, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by sub-section
(2)of Section 11 of the Night Work (Bakeries) Act, 1936 , and of all other powers enabling him in this behalf, does hereby order as follows, that is to say:—
  1. This Order may be cited for all purposes as the Night Work (Bakeries) Act, 1936 (Date of Commencement) Order,
  3. The Interpretation Act, 1923 (No. 46 of 1923), applies to the interpretation of this Order in like manner as it applies to the interpretation of an Act of the Oireachtas.
  4. The Night Work (Bakeries) Act, 1936 , shall come into operation on the 1st day of February,
  5. By Order of the Minister for Industry and Commerce. Dated this 9th day of January,
