  3. AGRICULTURAL PRODUCE (CEREALS) ACT, 1938 (SECTION 20
(2)) (EXEMPTION) ORDER, 1938. WHEREAS it is enacted by sub-section
(2)of section 20 of the Agricultural Produce (Cereals) Act, 1938 (No. 16 of 1938), that the Minister for Agriculture may, whenever and so often as he thinks fit, make an order under the said sub-section
(2)exempting from the operation of sub-section
(1)of the said section 20 any article to which the said section 20 applies of a particular kind (defined in such manner and by reference to such things as the said Minister thinks proper): AND WHEREAS wheat offals are an article to which the said section 20 applies: NOW, THEREFORE, the Minister for Agriculture, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by sub-section
(2)of section 20 of the Agricultural Produce (Cereals) Act, 1938 (No. 16 of 1938), and of every and any other power him in this behalf enabling, hereby orders as follows:— 1.
(1)This Order may be cited as the Agricultural Produce (Cereals) Act, 1938 (Section 20
(2)) (Exemption) Order, 1938.
(2)This Order shall come into operation on the 19th day of May,
  2. There is hereby exempted from the operation of sub-section
(1)of section 20 of the Agricultural Produce (Cereals) Act, 1938 (No. 16 of 1938), wheat offals manufactured in the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland.
