AmendmentsLeasuithe STATUTORY RULES AND ORDERS. 1938. No. 312. BOARDS OF PUBLIC ASSISTANCE (GENERAL REGULATIONS) (AMENDMENT) ORDER, 1938. THE Minister for Local Government and Public Health, in exercise of the powers vested in him by the Poor Relief (Ireland) Acts, 1838 to 1914, the Local Government (Temporary Provisions) Act, 1923 , and every county or joint county scheme confirmed or amended by or in pursuance of the last-mentioned Act, hereby orders as follows, that is to say: 1. This Order may be cited as the Boards of Public Assistance (General Regulations) (Amendment) Order, 1938. 2. The Interpretation Act, 1937 , applies to the interpretation of this Order. 3. This Order, the County Boards of Health (General Regulations) Order, 1924, and the Boards of Public Assistance (General Regulations) (Amendment) Order, 1928, shall be construed as one order and may be collectively cited as the Boards of Public Assistance General Regulations, 1924 to 1938. 4. The Boards of Public Assistance (General Regulations) (Amendment) Order, 1928, with the exception of Articles I and 2 and Paragraphs (
4. i)and (
5. ii)of Article 3, is hereby revoked. 5. The County Boards of Health (General Regulations) Order, 1924, shall have effect without the amendments made in the said order by the portions of the Boards of Public Assistance (General Regulations) (Amendment) Order, 1928, which are revoked by this Order.
