AmendmentsLeasuithe STATUTORY RULES AND ORDERS. 1938. No. 313. THE MILK AND DAIRIES ACT, 1935 (DATE OF COMMENCEMENT) (No. 3) ORDER, 1938. WHEREAS by Section 2 of the Milk and Dairies Act, 1935 (in this Order referred to as "the Act"), it is enacted that the Act shall come into operation on such day or days as may be fixed thereunder by any Order or Orders of the Minister for Local Government and Public Health, either generally or with reference to any particular purpose or provision, and different days may be so fixed for different purposes and different provisions of the Act: NOW, THEREFORE, the Minister for Local Government and Public Health, in exercise of the powers so conferred on him, hereby orders as follows, that is to say:— 1. This Order may be cited as the Milk and Dairies Act, 1935 (Date of Commencement) (No. 3) Order, 1938. 2. The Interpretation Act, 1937 , applies to this Order. 3. The Milk and Dairies Act, 1935 (Date of Commencement) (No. 2) Order, 1938, shall be revoked. 4. Section 32, Section 33 and the whole of Part IV of the Act shall, for all purposes, come into operation on the 1st day of April, 1939.
