AmendmentsLeasuithe STATUTORY RULES AND ORDERS. 1938. No. 342. EGGS (REGULATION OF EXPORT TO GERMANY) (REVOCATION) ORDER, 1938. WHEREAS it is enacted by subsection

(2)of section 2 of the Agricultural Products (Regulation of Export) Act, 1933 (No. 26 of 1933), that the Minister for Agriculture may by order revoke an order previously made under the said section: AND WHEREAS the Eggs (Regulation of Export to Germany) Order, 1936 (Statutory Rules and Orders, No. 89 of 1936), was made by the Minister for Agriculture in exercise of the powers conferred on him by subsection
(1)of the said section 2, as amended by subsection
(2)of section 2 of the Agricultural Products (Regulation of Export) (Amendment) Act, 1935 (No. 15 of 1935): NOW, the Minister for Agriculture, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by subsection
(2)of section 2 of the Agricultural Products (Regulation of Export) Act, 1933 (No. 26 of 1933), and of every and any other power him in this behalf enabling, hereby orders as follows, that is to say:—
  1. This Order may be cited as the Eggs (Regulation of Export to Germany) (Revocation) Order,
  3. The Interpretation Act, 1937 (No. 38 of 1937), applies to this Order.
  4. The Eggs (Regulation of Export to Germany) Order, 1936 (Statutory Rules and Orders, No. 89 of 1936) is hereby revoked as on and from the 1st day of January,
  5. Given under the Official Seal of the Minister for Agriculture, this 22nd day of December,
