(1)of section 3 of the Agricultural Products (Regulation of Export) (Amendment) Act, 1935 (No. 15 of 1935), all the several functions, powers and duties conferred or imposed on the Minister for Agriculture by the Agricultural Products (Regulation of Export) Act, 1933 , so far as the same relate to or are concerned with feathers, were transferred to and vested in the Minister for Industry and Commerce: AND WHEREAS the Feathers (Regulation of Export to Germany) Order, 1935 (Statutory Rules and Orders, No. 355 of 1935), was made by the Minister for Industry and Commerce under the powers mentioned in the said section 2, and so transferred to and vested in him as aforesaid: NOW, the Minister for Industry and Commerce, in exercise of the powers mentioned in section 2 of the Agricultural Products (Regulation of Export) Act, 1933 (No. 26 of 1933), and transferred to and vested in him by the Agricultural Products (Feathers) (Transfer of Functions) Order, 1935 (Statutory Rules and Orders, No. 184 of 1935), and of every and any other power him in this behalf enabling, hereby orders as follows:—
- This Order may be cited as the Feathers (Regulation of Export to Germany) (Revocation) Order,
- The Interpretation Act, 1937 (No. 38 of 1937), applies to this Order.
- The Feathers (Regulation of Export to Germany) Order, 1935 (Statutory Rules and Orders, No. 355 of 1935), is hereby revoked as on and from the 1st day of April,
- Given under the Seal of Office of the Minister for Industry and Commerce this 16th day of February,
