AmendmentsLeasuithe STATUTORY RULES AND ORDERS. 1938. No. 91. SHANNON FISHERIES ACT, 1938 (APPOINTED DAY) ORDER, 1938. WHEREAS it is enacted by sub-section
(1)of section 4 of the Shannon Fisheries Act, 1938 (No. 7 of 1938), that the Minister for Industry and Commerce may by order appoint a day to be the appointed day for the purposes of Part II of that Act : NOW, the Minister for Industry and Commerce, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by sub-section
(1)of section 4 of the Shannon Fisheries Act, 1938 (No. 7 of 1938), and of every and any other power him in this behalf enabling, hereby orders as follows :—
- This Order may be cited as the Shannon Fisheries Act, 1938 (Appointed Day) Order,
- The 1st day of August, 1938, is hereby appointed to be the appointed day for the purposes of Part II of the Shannon Fisheries Act, 1938 (No. 7 of 1938). Given under the Seal of Office of the Minister for Industry and Commerce this 27th day of April,
