AGRICULTURAL PRODUCE (CEREALS) ACT, 1934 (CESSER OF OPERATION OF PART IV) ORDER, 1939. WHEREAS it is enacted by subsection

(1)of section 37 of the Agricultural Produce (Cereals) Act, 1934 (No. 41 of 1934), that whenever Part IV of the said Act is in force the Minister for Agriculture may by order declare that Part IV shall cease to be in force, and it is enacted by subsection
(2)of the said section 37 that whenever and so often as an order is made under the said section 37, Part IV of the said Act shall as from and after the 1st day of August next following such order cease to be in force : AND WHEREAS Part IV of the said Act is, by virtue of the Agricultural Produce (Cereals) Act, 1934 (Operation of Part IV) Order, 1934 (Statutory Rules and Orders No. 273 of 1934), now in force : NOW, THEREFORE, the Minister for Agriculture in exercise of the powers conferred on him by subsection
(1)of section 37 of the Agricultural Produce (Cereals) Act, 1934 (No. 41 of 1934), and of every and any other power him in this behalf enabling, hereby orders as follows :—
  1. This Order may be cited as the Agricultural Produce (Cereals) Act, 1934 (Cesser of Operation of Part IV) Order,
  3. Part IV of the Agricultural Produce (Cereals) Act, 1934 (No. 41 of 1934), shall cease to be in force. Given under the Official Seal of the Minister for Agriculture this 20th day of July,
