AmendmentsLeasuithe STATUTORY RULES AND ORDERS. 1939. No. 297. BACON AND PIGS (REGULATION OF EXPORT) ORDERS (REVOCATION) ORDER, 1939. WHEREAS it is enacted by sub-section

(2)of Section 2 of the Agricultural Products (Regulation of Export) Act, 1933 (No. 26 of 1933), that the Minister for Agriculture may by Order revoke an Order previously made under the said section : AND WHEREAS the Orders mentioned in the Schedule hereto were made by the Minister for Agriculture under the said section: NOW, I, SÉAMAS O RIAIN, Minister for Agriculture, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by sub-section
(2)of Section 2 of the Agricultural Products (Regulation of Export) Act, 1933 (No. 26 of 1933), and of every and any other power me in this behalf enabling do hereby order as follows :— 1.—
(1)This Order may be cited as the Bacon and Pigs (Regulation of Export) Orders (Revocation) Order, 1939.
(2)This Order shall come into force on the 11th day of October,
  2. The Interpretation Act, 1937 (No. 38 of 1937), applies to this Order.
  3. The Orders mentioned in the Schedule hereto are hereby revoked. SCHEDULE. ORDERS REVOKED. Bacon and Pigs (Regulation of Export) Order, 1933 (Statutory Rules and Orders,
