AmendmentsLeasuithe STATUTORY RULES AND ORDERS. 1942. No. 352. WIDOWS' AND ORPHANS' PENSIONS (EXCEPTED PERSONS) AMENDMENT REGULATIONS, 1942. The Minister for Local Government and Public Health in exercise of the powers conferred on him by sub-section
(2)of Section 5, sub-section
(2)of Section 13 and paragraph (i) of sub-section
(1)of Section 65 of the Widows' and Orphans' Pensions Act, 1935 , does by this, his Order, make the following Regulations :— 1. (
- i)These Regulations may be cited as the Widows' and Orphans' Pensions (Excepted Persons) Amendment Regulations, 1942, and shall be read as one with the Widows' and Orphans' Pensions (Excepted Persons) Regulations, 1935 (No. 665 of 1935) (hereinafter referred to as the Principal Regulations). (
- ii)These Regulations and the Principal Regulations may be cited together as the Widows' and Orphans' Pensions (Excepted Persons) Regulations, 1935 to 1942. 2. Article 4 (
- a)of the Principal Regulations is hereby amended by the insertion of the words " or in respect of " immediately before the words " a person who has ceased to be employed ".
