AmendmentsLeasuithe STATUTORY RULES AND ORDERS. 1943. No. 302. DISTRICT COURT DISTRICTS (DONEGAL AND LEITRIM) ORDER, 1943. WHEREAS it is enacted by subsection

(3)of section 47 of the Court Officers Act, 1926 (No. 27 of 1926), that it shall be lawful for the Minister for Justice from time to time, as he shall consider expedient, to do (amongst other things) either or both of the following things, that is to say, (
  1. a)vary or abolish any district prescribed by him under section 68 of the Courts of Justice Act, 1924 (No. 10 of 1924), or (
  2. b)create any new such district : AND WHEREAS by the District Court (New Districts) Order, 1927 ( S. R. & O. No. 102 of 1927 ), the Minister for Justice abolished all districts theretofore prescribed by him under the said section 68 of the Courts of Justice Act, 1924 , and created thirty-one new districts for the purposes of the said section 68, and provided that for the purpose of identification these new districts should be numbered consecutively from 1 to 31 : NOW, I, GERALD BOLAND, Minister for Justice, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by subsection
(3)of section 47 of the Court Officers Act, 1926 (No. 27 of 1926), and of every and any other power me in this behalf enabling, do hereby order as follows, that is to say :—
  1. This Order may be cited as the District Court Districts (Donegal and Leitrim) Order,
  3. This Order shall come into operation on the 1st day of November,
  5. The Interpretation Act, 1937 (No. 38 of 1937), applies to this Order.
  6. In this Order— the expression "the Principal Order" means the District Court (New Districts) Order, 1927 ( S. R. & O. No. 102 of 1927 ).
  7. So much of the Principal Order as provides that the District Electoral Divisions set out in the First Schedule to this Order shall be comprised and included in District No. 2 is hereby revoked, and in lieu thereof it is hereby declared and ordered that those District Electoral Divisions shall be comprised and included (in addition to the District Electoral Divisions specified in that behalf in the Schedule to the Principal Order) in District No.
  9. So much of the Principal Order as provides that the District Electoral Divisions set out in the Second Schedule to this Order shall be comprised and included in District No. 3 is hereby revoked and in lieu thereof it is hereby declared and ordered that these District Electoral Divisions shall be comprised and included (in addition to the District Electoral Divisions specified in that behalf in the Schedule to the Principal Order) in District No.
  10. FIRST SCHEDULE. DISTRICT ELECTORAL DIVISIONS TRANSFERRED FROM DISTRICT NO. 2 TO DISTRICT NO.
  11. Annagarry. Doocharry. Magheraclogher. Aran. Dunglow. Maghery. Meenaclady (except Tory Island). Castlefinn. Feddyglass. Clonleigh North. Figart. Raphoe. Clonleigh South Rutland. Convoy. Kincraigy. Crovehy. St. Johnstown. Lettermacaward. Treantaghmucklagh. Urney West. All in the County of Donegal. SECOND SCHEDULE. DISTRICT ELECTORAL DIVISIONS. TRANSFERRED FROM DISTRICT NO. 3 TO DISTRICT NO.
